Description
This is one of my earliest versions of Adon Olam, based on the traditional melody for the old Jewish prayer by that name.
The vocal part can be sung by an alto or a baritone.
Other versions of this tune in various instrumental arrangements are available on this site.
The sound sample here is a live performance by David W Solomons (alto and guitar) with Tasse on alto recorder, (but, as a sample, it only goes as far as the second stanza).
