Description
A melody of yearning and resignation - written originally for a collaboration project "Letter to Howard Nicholls", which never took off.
This particular melody, which I wrote for the project, has always remained in my mind so I made it initially into an instrumental duet and now into a fuller version for flute (playing the melody part) accompanied by violin, viola, cello and 2 guitars.
The earlier versions for clarinet and guitar and for flute and guitar are also available on this site.
